lawsuit.  She denied MS's motion to dismiss the State's lawsuit.  In her
ruling (AND LISTEN TO THIS BOYS AND GIRLS) she indicated that she
understood the issues and that her ruling did not bode well for MS.

Today's WSJ:  Front page article.  How MS squandered $10 billion on MS
network.  Other companies just do not want to get in bed with Billy.  And
the hoi polloi chose when it has the choice.

As for the security holes:  I love a good Swiss cheese with a spot of rye
bread and a hearty ale.
