Yes, it is less than diligent to omit mention of OS/2...or eCS.

I guess it's partly because MS, for years, waged a successful FUD campaign
against their greatest nemesis, partly because IBM backed off from actively
selling it, and partly because eComStation is just beginning and not (yet) 
widely known.  It is still a choice and has a significant installed base.
