Seems to me this court ruling speaks not only to
Microsoft's crude German erotica, but also to content
providers in general.

If I put up material which legally is actionable, for
whatever reason, and the injured party sues and wins
a court order to take that material down, can I then
claim that other objectionable material on my web
was originated by other people, therefore I am not
responsible for it?
