I don't know about NSA keys in windows.  Regardless, two issues with 
this.  First, such a concern could be addressed via a small separate 
dll, or module.  Second, don't assume because it's a binary, that it's 
inaccessible.

I didn't have to buy my radio from a specific company to listen
to FM, why doesn't that apply to the Internet (anymore...)?
