[Am-info] Microsoft's income

Has anyone seen an analysis of Microsoft's income?

With a current slump in demand for computers, I'm quite staggered that 
they continue to generate so much income. Where does it come from? They 
can't be  making so much from OEM licences at the moment since sales of 
new computers fallen drastically over the last couple of years. They have 
made huge losses on many investments. The are sustaining big losses from 
the developement of the Xbox. The share price is dropping, but the size 
of the slush fund is growing enormously. How do they finance it?

Is Microsoft Money just a printing press rivalling Fort Knox?

Just out of interest does anyone know what sort of reserves Fort Knox has?
Microsoft is rumoured to have $40Bn in cash.
