Far from it; it cannot be separated from the license without causing
the entire license to crash and to render your system inoperable. 

However, the vaseline is not backward compatible with previous
licenses. 

Moreover, it has been set to time out and cannot be renewed except by
a connection to Redmond that will read the entire contents of your
insides to determine if any other licenses need be applied.
