Can someone help?

I am looking for verification of the following:

1. In Antitrust actions, after a company like Microsoft has been
convicted, it is not necessary for other plaintiffs to re-try the case.
It is only necessary to identify the damages.

2. In Antitrust cases such as this, damages are trebled.

3. The guilty party is also responsible for legal costs.

Does anyone have the URLs or references for these? Are they written in
the Antitrust Act?

Thanks,

John
