Go to http://www.dell.com/ , at the top of the window is a support tab, 
select it.  This page has tabs starting with 'Home.'  The 6th one over 
is downloads, select it.  You get a page that has a drop down box 
titled, 'select your operating system.'  Check the list out, first on th 
e list is Linux, second is OS/2.  I can't believe this is an accident. 
Not that Dell did this on purpose, but maybe the developer.  Now that 
you've read all this, you can just go directly to:

http://support.dell.com/us/en/filelib/

To locate the drop down selection. :)

I didn't have to buy my radio from a specific company to listen
to FM, why doesn't that apply to the Internet (anymore...)?
