It would be nice to fine something about this from the EU directly.

Is this something which has been leaked? There is no official announcement 
anywhere, unless simeone knows differently.

The EU competition commission's web site has little or nothing to say 
about Microsoft that I can find.

I can't even find a snail mail address for Mario Monti.

Does anyone know where I can find it?
