Dear Listmates:

I know you love to damn and blast U.S. District Court judges and their
impotence and venality.  But each has lifetime appointment and only can be
removed from office upon a trial before the U.S. Senate showing high
crimes and misdemeanors which after Bill Clinton skirting the noose, one
has to wonder what "high crimes and misdemeanors" means.

And suddenly, here is this judge that you damn and blast and want to
presume that every ruling she makes decides the case and for MS:  What
does she do?  She asks questions and asks for witnesses that indicate that
she understands what is going on.   Heaven forbid that you should be
disappointed!!!!!!!  She goes to the heart of MS dissembling or to use
Anglo-Saxon, lying.  And (Gilbert may disagree with me) on such matters
the appellate courts almost always say, "Discretion of the trial court."
