[Am-info] Microsoft's role in Enron's collapse

I find Bill Parish pages fascinating, but incomprehensible. In one 
article:-

he alludes to "Microsoft's role in the collapse of the Enron Corporation", 
but this only seems like speculation, there is no justification of this 
assertion, AFAICS.

Is there any place he actually tries to justify this assertion?
