[Am-info] MSFT approaching 12 month low

The lowest price for MSFT in the last 12 months was 47.50 on 2001/9/21.
Is it going to get below that this week? It's below 50 now.
I was under the impression after reading some of Bill Parish notes that
the company would be in serious trouble once it was below around 65. I never
understood the arguments, but I can't see any imminent collapse.
What would be a sign of major trouble?
What would bring about a chapter 11 filing?
I think this is the only way of ending the monopoly since the Anti-trust
trial seems to have been a complete waste of time, especially when
Microsoft can keep pulling stunts like changing the line up of their
witnesses in the current hearing in an attempt to derail the case for the
unsettling states.
I've actually lost track of what is at stake here. Does anyone seriously
think that unbundling IE will have any impact whatsoever in stopping
Microsoft's illegal monopoly?
