I don't want to appear sceptical, but is it even remotely interesting if =

GPL is legal or not? If the GPL is legal, then its conditions can be=20
enforced. If it is not, copyright applies, and even stronger conditions c=
an=20
be enforced. This implies that anyone who fights the GPL and wins, loses,=
=20
since the GPL is less restrictive than copyright.
