[Am-info] Failure to deliver

I trying to collate intances of Microsoft failing to deliver.

All contributions welcome...

So far, I've got a quote from the boss of the Commonwealth Bank of 
Australia, as well at the AT&T deal for set-top TV software. I guess I can 
add Bank One Corp. who recently agreed a big deal to get signed up for 
.NET which was going to be released 'imminently', but the launch appears 
to have been pushed back to the turn of the year. 

There must be millions of others...

I'm sure the e-Government initiative in the UK is way behind but I have no 
details of that.
