Has anyone come across a company called AVANADE?

This is the name of the company spawned in a joint venture between 
Andersens and Microsoft. 

Is it likely to have any future with the collapse of Andersens?

It appears that Microsoft were going to pump $385M into this two years ago 
when the deal was announced.

It's strange that I have never come across it before, but I will be on 
the lookout for it now. 

I wonder if this is the company behind the bid for providing IT services 
for the NHS in the UK...
