Is there any place to get details of units shipped or market share?

Does Microsoft have deals with any of these companies or is it going to 
start up its own company as with the Xbox?

I didn't know until recently that Microsoft wanted to buy out Nintendo 
rather than start out as a newcomer. Wonder what plans they have for set 
top boxes...
