[Am-info] EULA - legal or not?

Any specific aspects of any particular EULA?

It seems to me that the prohibition on selling the OS
from defunct machines with OEM licenses was NOT upheld
in a german court. That is to say it is legal in Germany
to strip the OS from an old machine and sell the OS software,
assuming one has the original media and cert of auth.
