Has the legality of the EULA ever been tested in court? I somehow doubt that it would be considered legal in the EU... Has anyone ever come across instances of anyone being sued by Microsoft for breaching the terms of the EULA? AIUI the purchaser of a computer has no legal relationship with Microsoft anyway, so I don't see how a case could be brought in the first place. -- John
