Has anyone heard of the group? :-

Citizens Against Government Waste

They sound like a bunch of Microsoft collaborators to me banging on about
the on going cost of the appeal, saying that the Unsettling States should
settle like everyone else and the money saved could go towards the greater
good, such as Homeland Security...

Maybe they forgot that it is Microsoft that has managed to draw this case
out for so long, well at least until the managed to buy a favourable
administration.

In any case by opening up some of Microsft's hidden secrets all consumers
are likely to benefit from low prices of software in the longer
term because the likes of OpenOffice will provide the exact same
functionalty of MS Office but at great saving.

Also the strange use of the term Homeland Security suggested that they do
not realise that it is Microsoft products which generate a need for
Homeland Security in the first place, so the biggest savings for the Tax
payer would be made by the Unsettling States exactiing as much as they
possibly can from Microsoft including levying a hefty fine as well as
billing them for the full costs of the case.
