I have read that the lawyers for the opposing states call this "The Chicken
Little" defense, and they are predicting it will backfire.

Sadly, too many will believe it, or get paid to.   It is *only* smoke and
mirrors.  I pray K-K doesn't choke and get blinded from it.

I guess when you get away with growing up being a spoiled brat, it's
becomes insanity, or at least a serious personality disorder.  Billie may 
think himself very smart, but he's really just a rich twerp with little
or no character.
