[Am-info] Microsoft Web Server

With the release of v2 of Apache there is no longer any reason to run 
MS IIS - the Microsoft Web Server. Apparently until now it may have had 
some performance advantage, but no longer. See this review:-

So now in addition to all that security, robustness and reliability which 
Apache has always had, you also get performance.

It's time to ditch MS IIS and all be free of those daily security fixes 
which never seem to work anyway...
