This will be interesting.  I wonder if it is not a measure of desparation. 
It is hard to say.  I know that the firm representing the states has done
superb legal work, representing Ollie North amoung other luminaries.  Its
founder, Edward Bennett Williams, owned the Washington Redskins and
represented Jimmy Hoffa.  I would be very surprised if Billie out talked
them as he tried to do with Boies.
