[Am-info] No justice from Microsoft for the Texas Dept. of Criminal

It seems that these audits are a vehicle to force customers into Microsoft
"Enterprise Agreements."
What are the provisions of these? For example, do they restrict the customer
from using any other OS? I bet they do.
