This is not the DoJ, Mark.  It's the court.

1. Gates gave evasive and misleading testimony (Judge Jackson's hearing),

2. They submitted faked evidence (Judge Jackson's hearing),

3. They disobeyed the Judge's order to identify ALL government personnel with whom they met, in direct contradiction to the provisions of the Tunney Act (Judge K-K's hearing),

4. Now they are discussing deals with witnesses (Judge K-K's hearing).

WHY HASN'T THE COURT (not the DoJ) CITED THEM FOR CONTEMPT?

I mean, this is beyond my disagreements with Microsoft's business practices.  This goes the heart of the legal system in this country.  How many of our laws will Microsoft be able to break with impunity?
