Obviously because the folks running the DOJ at the moment feel more in
kinship with the criminals then they do with the victims.  I mean what's
the harm?  Its just good business.

Let's face it.  Unless someone can tie gates to bin laden, child
pornography or to drugs the current administration isn't going to do
anything except help promote the monopoly.  gates' foundation is setting
up little private schools just to make our anti-public eductaion president
a happy camper.  Maybe the next version of windoze will automaticlly be
able to determine if you are a terrorist or not, so the FBI can be warned
to come take you away.  Just think of all that gates can do for the
bushies.
