Update: AOL, Palm Execs See Threat From Microsoft

Officials at AOL Time Warner and Palm testified that the non settling 
states'
remedy does a better job of leveling the playing field between Microsoft and
potential competitors than the deal agreed to by the Justice Department last
fall.
