However it does have a huge ommission by overlooking TheREG...

One interesting link was to Cato Policy Analysis were I read the biggest
load of hogwash I've seen in a long time - it could even have been written
by Bill Gates himself. Basically it dismisses the whole Anti-Trust trial
as though there was no case to answer.

The US seems to breed a lot of idiots like this Robert A. Levy from the
Cato Institute...

Does anyone know anything about the Cato Institute? How is it funded?
