If you mean Mr Skilling, who resigned August 16, 2001, he seems
in deep doo-doo since he's been "testifying" before congressional
hearings.

I'm sure he is trying not to be blamed, but I don't think the congressional
pit bull will let go.

Mr Belluzzo, however, worked for a company that is still solvent.
Who knows...his fate might have been even worse without a congressional
pit bull.
