I didn't forget -- these guys were not presidents, though Rocky made a run 
at it, if memory serves. Again, my point was, we had no reason to expect G.
W. Bush to be a "trust buster," if for no other reason then no Republican 
president since Taft has been one, and for no other reason then Bush said 
as much.
