    It's a reference to Gore's claims about the Internet, actually. I 
didn't say anything about Bush or tie Gore to Ms, just Gates and Gore 
have at various times made statements that claim responsibiliy for 
creating or promoting the Internet. I made no mention of President Bush 
or his administration's antitrust policies.
