You sure you sent this to the right list? :)

I believe that you must have a recognized certificate in order to 
receive the encrypted email, although I don't believe it uses SSL.

I didn't have to buy my radio from a specific company to listen
to FM, why doesn't that apply to the Internet (anymore...)?
