Yeah, the reason I asked is that a huge article appeared in Sunday's Pittsburgh Tribune-Review.  It was written by Onkar Ghate, and was titled "The Microsoft Case - Bill Gates & Co. deserve a soft landing in the courts."

The author (he or she, I don't know?) made many absurd, incorrect and misleading statements.

The most absurd was this one: "It [Microsoft] faces constant competition, even if there are no actual competitors presently in its market."  No competitors = constant competition?  Huh?

The article recommends a $1 fine against Microsoft!

I wrote a massive rebuttal and sent it to the Trib.  I wonder if they'll print it.

Actually, they seem to have completely hijacked Ayn Rand's philosophy to mean "Microsoft is big, therefore they are virtuous."  Ms. Rand never said or intended anything like that.
