Okay, it took me a while to regain my composure.  I've stopped crying 
from laughing so hard.  That's like the devil saying hell will no longer 
be hot.  What do you question, whether hell's hot, or whether the 
devil's lieing????

This has a lot to do with the issue of trust.  Most folks will trust you 
from the get go.  Once you screw up and loose their trust, you don't 
automatically regain it, but saying you will correct your behavior.  You 
have to EARN that trust back, and that takes a long while.

I have YET to see Microsoft or any of it's mouthpieces even BEGIN to 
earn that trust.

I didn't have to buy my radio from a specific company to listen
to FM, why doesn't that apply to the Internet (anymore...)?
