[Am-info] The list of M$ "Innovations"

Hi All,

After being a lurker for many years, I'm now working on a Master's/PhD in
Information Systems, and one of my areas of research is the fiduciary
negligence of M$, along with other aspects of their questionable business
practices. I'm working on some background material and need the list's help
if possible.

A couple years back, I think either Paul or Mitch (with input from everyone)
had compiled a list of supposed M$ innovations that actually had origins
elsewhere. I tried the AM-INFO archives, but didn't have any luck (it could
be operator error as well).

I was wondering if any of you kind souls who are always quick to find
citations could dig that up for me. It's somewhat urgent...

Thanks, and I appreciate any help you can give me. I will also be calling
upon this great group to help me when necessary. I've gotten many ideas from
your posts over the years, and with your help, I hope to be in a position to
further expose these fraudsters.

Cheers!

Jeff
