Can someone explain what is going on now that the original case has been 
split into two? Apparently both cases, the settlers, and the dissenters 
are having  their cases heard this coming week. Is the same judge in 
charge of both? Do the dissenters still get a chance to offer their 
opinions on the public's comment as part of the original case?

I just can't work out the roadmap for the two cases.

What is still at stake as far as the proposed settlement goes?

Is there a possibility of the DOJ being found negligent in pursuance of it 
case against Microsoft's breach of the Tunney Act. I assume that it has 
been established that Microsoft has breached the Tunney Act...
