I don't believe this is the same company. This site does not list PCs,
but other non-desktop computer based equipment.

I did happen to revisit the WalMart web site and found another Microtel
computer that is preloaded with XP. So Microtel appears to be going
both ways, with and without OSs. Again, bringing up the question how
they can offer a computer without an OS, as you would expect that they
must have some licensing agreement with M$ since they are offering
machines with XP.

I didn't have to buy my radio from a specific company to listen
to FM, why doesn't that apply to the Internet (anymore...)?
