Mike,
You are clearly not from the South. Kudzu is
the most pernicious weed in the region, maybe
the world. It moves into a forest and before
too long that forest may well be a field. A
field of nothing but kudzu. It moves in,
wraps itself around everything, and kills
all. It is like a vine and grows faster than
you can believe. During the middle of
summer, you can quite literally see it grow.
It is not native to the South, but was
brought in intentionally, it think, as a
ground cover. Oops.
Awful stuff.
Now, understand the analogy?
