The adage "Never attribute to conspiracy that which is adequately explained
by stupidity" has been working overtime for the new DoJ and consenting 9
states.

I am guilty of not perusing the settlement document.

But it is hard for me to believe that they can be that cavalier.  I'll bet that they
and their staffs never read it either.  They're attorneys!  Dunderheads.
