Of interest to everyone, the text of approximately 50 Tunney Act
Filings classified as "major" by the DOJ:

Our lawmakers from the US Senate, in a show of bipartisan unity,
recommend a test of the settlement proposal at a higher standard than
those previously voiced by some members of the DOJ:
"The remedy must end the anticompetitive practices, it must deprive
the wrongdoer of the fruits of the wrongdoing, and it must ensure
that illegality never recurs. The Tunney Act also requires that any
settlement of such a case serve the public interest."
I invite everyone to review Mr. Mark Alexander's filing which goes so
far as to recommend itemized changes to the RPFJ. Mr. Alexander's
letter exposes the careless effort put into drafting the current
settlement and suggests the extreme difficulties facing the
compliance committee in policing Microsoft without transparently
making a case for structural remedies.
Cheers,
