If a stock on the Nasdaq trades below $1 for a period of time, I 
think it's 30 days, the terms of being listed on the exchange say 
that the Nasdaq can kick them off the exchange.  Caldera is trading 
below $1 and they are probably trying to avoid getting the boot.
