But isn't that a relative thing?

Shouldn't the analysts/brokers know the conditions and
expectations for the company?  Following investment history?

I know I'm getting a bit more off topic, but if my "theory"
here has substance, then upping the stock price must be for
*less* informed investors?

Gosh, I just better stick to engineering, gardening, piano,
and woodworking. ;-(
