The DOJ had been chasing Microsoft for ten years for their misdeeds and
eventually after a three year trial agreed to give them an opportunity to
take over Apple's foot hold in the education sector.
Let's face it, Microsoft should be renamed as the Teflon Software Company,
no charges ever stick to it. It just gets further and further embedded in
the fabric of our society and too many people are making rich pickings to
bother blowing the whistle.
