Not much. I'll just suggest she ask for her money back in person or in writing,
and failing that, call her state attorney general consumer office if there is one.
If no action from the AG, take them to small claims court. The worst I could
see here is she might lose a ~$12 filing fee. If MSN doesn't have an office in her
state, she'll need to call the state department of corporations, or whatever they're
called, to find out who should "receive service" for her claim.
Sorry, that's the best I can think of based on the philosophy that "money talks,
others walk".
