Paul,
He must be one of hundreds of thousand of people who have
purchased a computer with MSN thrown in, signed the papers,
then found the machine so buggy that they replaced it again
and again, then finally either (1) quit using the machine,
or (2) succeeded in returning it.
Either way, the MSN ongoing contract should be cancelled.
Does ANYONE have any ideas here? Personally, I have no time
to work on this now.
