Microsoft: Oracle stonewalling information in antitrust case

Microsoft filed an emergency motion with the judge in its antitrust case
today accusing rival Oracle of failing to provide material it needs to
defend itself and of helping to draft the harsh remedies sought by states
still refusing to settle the case.
