As 95% of word processor users are probably Windows users, your bet is
a safe, even conservative, one.  But I understood Sujal to be
discussing worth to the user, not worth to the software developer.  If
you use a word processor to do anything but the simplest
correspondence (using a template designed by somebody else whose needs
and experience differ from yours), then the ability to shortcut your
tasks through custom macros may be the single most important feature
of a word processor.
