[Am-info] FWD: Help!!! I'm stuck with MSN!

      This was posted on the MSBC.Community forum I run on Delphi. Maybe 
some of the lawyerly types here can help this poor lady out.

"I bought a MSN companion about 15 months ago. I fell for the $400. 
rebate with a 3 year contract with MSN. For about the first 5 months I 
felt like I was a Guinea Pig! Had to return 3-4 machines to Compac (not 
the store!). Spent hours on the phone trying to get problems resolved. So 
I saw what looked like a nice Hewlitt Packard at Costco, for a decent 
price, so I bought it. Well, the first few days with that was Deja Vu! it 
crashed 3 times in 3 days. And I mean totally (not just a reboot kind of 
thing. So you can probably understand why i bought a Apple computer! I 
love this computer!!!!! My problem is this I'm still stuck with MSN!!! As 
you may already know, when you have a problem (like configureing your 
computer for internet access) the answer you get is "We don't support 
Apple computers". Does anyone know of a way to get out of this contract, 
without having to give Microsoft $300.? Thankyou for listening to my 
venting."
