Care to elaborate on this one?  What is it about Linux 'window' systems 
that comes from Microsoft?  Understanding that X was around long before 
windows.

Also, Apple recently forced the removal of some window manager themes 
that looked too much like Apple.

Based on these issues, I'd like to understand the statement you've made.
