I guess the only company who could take them on properly is IBM. The case 
against MS has been set in stone by the Findings of Fact. It only remains 
for IBM to set the wheels in motion to screw billions out of MS. And now
MS would not dare retaliate and penalise IBM by forcing it to pay over the 
odds for Windows licences.

Maybe this would be an ideal opportunity for Sam Palmisano to show his 
mettle when he takes over as the new boss.
