No. They won against Stac for ~~$100 million. The jury sided with
Stac. MS flat-out stole Stac's property. I think they also launched a
suit against Stac for about 1 tenth of that amount for something else.
They were awarded about $10 mil, but they lost the main case.
Of course, the Press trumpeted that as a great MS "Victory."
